These Rapid Flow Exhaust Systems are designed and built with absolute minimal degree angles on bends; the exhausts are bent on a 6 inch bend radius. The effect is the most free flowing low back pressure system in the industry. The benefits of improving air flow to this degree include: increased horsepower and torque, improved fuel economy, and reduced exhaust gas temperatures. This kit is a 5" Single Aluminized DPF Back Exhaust Kit that includes the tip for GM 6.6L 2500-3500 LMM '07.5-'08 trucks.

Increased Horsepower and Torque

Dyno Testing shows an increase of 15-20 horsepower and 30 to 40 lbs. ft. of torque. All testing was performed on a Superflow chassis dynamometer.

Superior Exhaust Pipes

5" diameter ensures more air volume than the OEM system. 6” radius bends: The tighter the corners in the exhaust piping the harder it is for the exhaust gas to flow through the pipes. By using a 6” radius bend we help to maximize exhaust flow for the vehicle. These low angle bends reduce obstruction in the exhaust pipes which encourages high air flow. Aluminized Steel- provides better heat and corrosion resistance
