All orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt. We ship via UPS, unless otherwise specified. All shipping and handling charges are at customers expense. We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and federal holidays.
BACK ORDERS:
You will be notified if any items are out of stock.
RETURNS:
Diesel Burners will accept returns of unused, unopened, uninstalled items, or items deemed defective, within 20 days of the date of purchase. No exchanges or returns of items are allowed after 21 days of purchase unless defective. No merchandise may be returned without a Return Goods Authorization Number (R.M.A.) from Diesel Burners. All shipments approved for return must be prepaid, insured and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING/REBOXING FEE
A 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise ordered in error or returned opened. Returns must be in PERFECT, UNUSED, UNINSTALLED , "AS NEW" condition. No credits or refunds will be made for items returned in unsatisfactory condition. These items will be returned to the customer at customer's expense
A 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise not returned in original resalable condition including manufacturer's original packaging and paperwork. Edge Products and all exhaust systems and are not returnable, only missing and defective pipes will be exchanged. All authorized return merchandise must be received within 20 days of receiving a RGA number. All shipping and handling charges are at customer's expense.
RMA numbers will expire 20 days after they are given to the customer. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.
All returns must be shipped to Diesel Burners and have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. The address is 4000 S 5500 W Rexburg ID 83440.
It is the customer’s responsibility to see to it that any item returned to Diesel Burners is insured. Damage, lost, or missing claims must be made with carrier by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please speak directly to a sales representative to cancel an unshipped order. Cancellations are not accepted via email, fax, or voicemail. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped fall under the return guidelines above.
